George W. Kelly, President of American Atlas has been active in Energy for many years, having drilled wells with Ohio Natural Fuels, Atlas Energy, Range Resources, El Paso Natural Gas and Park Petroleum. His experience is not only in the drilling of wells and operations, but also includes the development of gas fields and the construction of high-pressure transmission lines carrying gas to large end-users such as Georgia Pacific. George maintains interests in several oil and gas properties and began concentrating on deep exploratory projects in the Marcellus Shale in Pennsylvania and the Utica Shale in Ohio. Mr. Kelly operates well and pipeline projects for major institutional investors.
George and his affiliates hold interests in oil and gas wells and acreage in Colorado, Texas, Wyoming, North Dakota, Kansas, and Oklahoma. He owns 80 wells in Colorado and in East Texas he will own, drill and operate wells in the Austin Chalk Formation on 36,000 acres partnering with major financial institutions. He continues to structure income-producing programs with co-venture participants and is in the process of consolidating all interests into an asset-rich, debt-free company that will provide venture partners future opportunities.
John P. Castleman Jr. has been actively involved in the oil and gas industry for over 45 years John has been an operator and producer in Oklahoma and Texas and has been involved in the purchase of producing gas properties as a principal and an executive with major oil and gas entities. He was instrumental in the exploration of offshore prospects in the Texas Gulf Coast and the San Joaquin Basin of Southern California. John’s experience has taken him to other countries and he was part of the executive team in the Bay of Bengal offshore India exploratory projects. John is presently assisting the coordination of the East Texas Austin Chalk project.
Robert L. Stephenson - Robert is a graduate of University of Oklahoma. He began his career in the oil and gas industry as a cofounder of one of the largest lease brokerage firms in the Southwest. Bob’s extensive experience includes leasing of land, developing drilling prospects, working with landowners in obtaining oil and gas leasing and pipeline right of ways. Robert comes from a strong bloodline of oil and gas entrepreneurs. His father was an attorney who practiced in Texas and encouraged Robert to pursue a career in the oil and gas industry. Robert oversees American Atlas oil and gas mineral rights and works with various law firms in obtaining secure title to minerals. He is currently devoted to American Atlas East Texas project in the drilling and completion of wells in the Austin Chalk formation.
Rocky Crane is the production engineer who reports to the executive team on a daily basis. He oversees various pipelines and compressor stations in Colorado that are instrumental in delivering product of natural gas to end-users and mainstream purchasers. Rocky has been involved in the oil and gas business for over 20 years.
Joseph T. Kaminski is is a geophysicist with over 45 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He has added his technical expertise to projects in exploration and development along with assisting the management team in evaluating joint-venture participating programs with industry leaders. Joe is a graduate of Penn State University and is a silver certificate holder of the society of exploration geophysicists. He was exploration geophysicist with Amoco, Inexco Oil Company and Conquest Exploration.
He has been instrumental in evaluating exploratory drilling prospects in both onshore and offshore in the Gulf of Mexico. Joe is currently concentrating on the Austin Chalk program that is scheduled to kick off in the fourth quarter of 2018.
Samuel L. Winer, the CEO of Evergreen Management Corporation is the Administrator for the Company and will be responsible for assembling information and preparing the Company’s activity reports; organizing the bookkeeping and accounting functions, including retaining proper tax professionals and dissemination of proper documentation to owners. Mr. Winer is a seasoned investment manager having been an executive officer of two publicly-traded energy companies. He has developed energy properties in Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Ohio, West Virginia, Tennessee, and Colorado, and for the last 10 years has concentrated on providing management and administrative services to working interest owners. Mr. Winer is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University.
