Sam Winer, CEO of Penn USA Energy, is a seasoned veteran of oil investment management having been an executive officer of two publicly traded oil companies. He has developed properties in Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Ohio, West Virginia, and Tennessee. For the last 10 years he has concentrated drilling and developing in Pennsylvania where he continues to manage several oil projects, but for 2017 he is returning to Colorado where he began his oil and gas career. Mr. Winer is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University.
John Levengood, President of Dover Atwood Corporation, Massillon OH and Walsh CO, has developed properties in Ohio, Texas, Colorado and Kansas, since the 1970s. Mr. Levengood's experience ranges from drilling contractor to producer of oil and gas properties to improving gas pipeline transportation lines.
Mr. Levengood has completed projects with Trust Company of the West, General Mills Pension Fund, Dartmouth Endowment Fund, Cyclops Steel, National Gas & Oil of Ohio, and Stevens Inc. of Little Rock Arkansas.
George Kelly, CEO of Envex Energy, Walsh CO has extensive experience in many facets of the oil and gas industry. He has engineered and constructed major pipeline transportation facilities, servicing end-users such as Georgia Pacific Paper Company and other industry users from steel mills to automobile engine plant manufactures.

Robert W. Watson, PhD, Associate Professor Emeritus of Petroleum & Natural Gas Engineering at Penn State University. Dr. Watson is the program's Senior Lead Consultant and guides all engineering aspects and systems. He is co-author of a study on the impact of the Marcellus Shale on the Western Pennsylvania Region and is a frequent speaker at investment banking seminars, as well as seminars on oil and gas production.
Scott Macbeth is a former options and commodity coordinator for Merrill Lynch and is our Financial Consultant for hedging strategies and other financial issues relating to natural gas prices.
